The Qualitative and Patient-Reported Outcomes (Q-PRO) Shared Resource is pleased to announce their inaugural Qualitative Research Bootcamp, which will be held March 31 - April 4, 2025 at the Innovation Quarter campus.

The Qualitative Research Bootcamp is a 4.5-day intensive that will prepare participants to develop and implement a small qualitative research project independently. The program is aimed toward early career clinical and research faculty and trainees.

The bootcamp is comprised of didactic and interactive sessions covering rigor in qualitative research, sampling and recruitment, tool development, interviewing and focus group moderation skills, qualitative analysis, and qualitative writing. The final half day will comprise an optional guided work session to develop your qualitative projects. The bootcamp is offered at no cost to participants, but does not include any additional pilot funding or effort support.

Following the bootcamp, Q-PRO will provide monthly office hours for participants for one year, and facilitate bimonthly cohort calls to encourage accountability and facilitate peer support.
The bootcamp will be capped at 10 participants.
