NCDRC 2024 Faculty Development Workshop Registration

The North Carolina Diabetes Research Center (NCDRC) is excited to host their annual Faculty Development Workshop virtually on Thursday, March 28th. This year's theme is North Carolina Diabetes Research: The "New" and "In-Progress."

We want to connect over research that is in the ideation, planning, or in-progress stages. This is all about diabetes research that is not done - we want to highlight exciting research that is planned and in progress by members of the NCDRC. We welcome new ideas (even if they're not completely fleshed out), discussion of challenges and/or unexpected barriers, and preliminary results. Our goal is that this theme will be inclusive across all levels of faculty or experience in research and will identify timely opportunities for new collaborations.

Our goal for the poster session is to lower the barrier to entry. To further the theme of "in-progress," you will have the opportunity to make or assemble a poster during the workshop. We will provide materials - poster board, markers, tape, etc, as well as easels to display your poster.
