Implementation Science Fall 2021 Workshop Registration

EFFECTIVE 8/24/2021: This meeting will only be offered via WEbEx platform. A WebEx link will be sent to all who register.

Thank you for your interest in the Implementation Science Fall Workshop Series. The workshops are scheduled on September 1st, 15th, 29th, and October 13th from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. They will be offered in a hybrid format allowing individuals to attend in person (with lunch provided) or online.

Due to room capacity, in-person attendance will be limited. If you choose to attend in-person, please commit to attending at least 3 of the 4 sessions.

Reservations for those attending in person will be confirmed via Outlook invites. A WebEx Outlook invitation will be sent to those who register and choose to attend via WebEx.
