Thank you for your interest in potentially being a volunteer for a new research study, called TOPS (The Osteoarthritis Prevention Study) The TOPS study is looking to identify strategies to prevent Osteoarthritis in women which is the leading cause of disability in the US.

Eligible participants will participate in 4-year health education program designed to provide important health information or a 4-year diet and exercise program.

Before being enrolled, you will be asked to complete up to three in-person visits to make sure you are eligible and to test for the study outcomes. The video below will additional information about the study.
